HARE runs team well-being days based in a natural environment.  We create bespoke packages based on your teams needs and interests.

Team Well-being

Our Team Well-being Days are a great way to nurture your team's individual well-being and resilience, while also building team relationships.

A typical day would begin with a group time at our base-camp, where there would be introductions, a rundown of the day and a safety briefing.  We would then move on to one or two sessions of your choice.  We come together again at the fire circle for lunch.  The afternoon would be another session of your choice and we would end the day returning to the base camp as a group for a reflection on the day.

Our bespoke packages can include three to four of the following:

  • Guided Natural Mindfulness Walk

  • Bushcraft skills (knife work, den building)

  • Yoga / Restorative Yoga / Breathwork / Meditation / Self-massage

  • Plant ID and foraging / wildcrafting /Herbal medicine making

  • Cooking over the fire

  • Natural crafts

  • Gardening

Our basic package is £500, with the day starting at 10:00am and finishing at 4:00pm.  We choose these hours to enable attendees to avoid the stress of the rush hour traffic, early morning rushing and getting home after dark in Winter.

Additional Services

For an additional cost we can also provide:

  • Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing)

  • Support with seeking funding to cover the cost of well-being days

Meet Our Team

Our Team Well-being days are facilitated by our qualified an experienced staff team.  Susie is our Forest School Leader and Natural Mindfulness Guide.  Charlie & Gemma are both certified 200 Hour Yoga Teachers.  Our team follows trauma informed practice and has links with other local organisations, enabling us to signpost people who need to more support to other services.
